If the tracking begins with the number 3, the tracking is equivalent to a stamp. You'll only be able to see this tracking through Etsy under your account then purchases. At times USPS does not always scan this particular tracking. Items should take 2-5 postal days but there may be delays due to logistics complications from staff shortages. Such a beautiful sticker! I love the funky colors I picked. It was harder to install than the other three stickers I ordered because of all the little pieces but it still turned out great. The seller shipped quickly and packaged everything nicely. Many thanks!
